UK Government update CE extension to include Construction Products.
BFRC has formally launched its Door Energy Rating (DER) scheme on 1st September 2011. This extension of the BFRC energy rating label will allow all types of domestic doors, including external pedestrian doors, French, folding and sliding glazed doors to be rated. BFRC DER simulations can be applied to solid, partial or fully glazed external pedestrain doors regardless of whether they are PVC-u, aluminium, timber or composite types.
